Crockpot Boneless Pork Chops with Cranberries and Apples recipe is a delicious, healthy slow cooker meal!  My husband and I loved this easy dinner, we even saved the left overs for lunch the next day.  The cranberries and apples give this recipe a refreshing sweet taste combined with the balsamic vinegar.  I served the pork chops along with green beans and rolls.  My husband suggested that I make some Crockpot Baked Potatoes next time to go with the pork, but he is also a meat and potatoes kind of guy!
